Timothy Bibbs presented a paper at Willis’ Chinese Themed Energy Seminar in Almaty on 15^th October 2015. He discussed the importance of risk engineering surveys and reviewed a number of losses in the area. The interest of Kazakh and Chinese partners was greatly appreciated.
